Reservations

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by our dispatch team. Quoted rates are estimates until confirmed in writing.

Cancellations

Sedan and SUV reservations may be cancelled without charge up to 4 hours before pickup. Sprinter, limousine, and event reservations require 48 hours notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are billed in full.

Wait time

Domestic airport pickups include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time; international arrivals include 60 minutes. All other pickups include 15 minutes. Additional wait time is billed in 15-minute increments.

Additional charges

Tolls, parking, airport fees, extended wait time, additional stops, and excessive cleaning are billed as incurred.

Passenger conduct

Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles. Chauffeurs may end a trip without refund if passenger conduct creates an unsafe condition. Occupancy may not exceed the vehicle's rated capacity.

Liability

SASLimos is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or other conditions beyond our control. Personal property left in vehicles is returned when recovered but is not guaranteed.
